Our Project Office provides contractors and project owners an economical and viable alternative to hiring full time staff to carry out project management and project control functions.

The project execution plan is developed by our Project Office team in close coordination with client’s project manager. Typically project office staff based in our Al-Khobar office carries out Project Scheduling, Cost Control, Risk Management, Scope Change Control and Quality Assurance functions. If Communication Management / Document Control is assigned to Technotran, suitable staff is deployed at client’s office.

Several type of information is exchanged between project staff, client’s head office and Technotran project office at defined frequency (daily, weekly and monthly)

For clients using our Project Office we strongly recommend our post-award Quantity Surveying services as this will allow them to concentrate fully on Construction.
