Review Pre-commissioning tests and advise their acceptability or otherwise to the Clients.

Monitoring of project progress with respect to planned progress, pre-identifying the possible hurdles / bottle–necks and advising the remedial actions to the Clients.

Supervising Maintenance and modifications of Electrical / Mechanical installations

Development of Technical Specification and Scope of Work for Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant and Power Distribution System.
