The division provides services in fields of Quantity Surveying for international and regional firms for construction projects in Saudi Arabia. International firms would particularly benefit from our knowledge and experience of Saudi Arabian conditions, clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and government regulations. Regional firms can specially capitalize on our capabilities in Engineering, multi-discipline Estimation and Contract Management.

The quantity surveying services offered are classified in to  Pre-Award (Bidding) Stage and Post-Award Stage. These services enable our clients to have cost effective alternate to in-house project cost estimation, contract management, cost monitoring and handling of claims.
